Pike Place Studios understands that privacy is important. Throughout this Policy, “Pike Place Studios” and “we” refers to Pike Place Studios LLC. “You” or “users”, or “end users” refers to you.
Information Collection and Use
In this privacy policy we describe what kind of data we may collect of you in connection with your use of our applications (“Apps”), websites, including (“Sites”) and related services, and how we may use such data. Below we call these collectively “Services”. By using our Services, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with this privacy policy.
Please note that this privacy policy is limited to data collected by us related to your usage of our Apps and Sites. We take no responsibility for the actions of third parties, the content of their websites or services, or the use of data you provide to them or any products or services they may offer.
Information You Provide
We collect information about you in various ways when you use our Services. For example, we collect your name, email address or other address you provide, and any other information you provide us when you contact us for support or provide feedback.
We may request that you provide your age information, possibly including your date of birth, and optionally your gender to customize our Services’ content and other features.
Information Automatically Collected Via Technology
When you use one of our Services, some information is automatically collected. For example, we collect a unique identifier for the device on which you install an App (Device Identifier, or “DID”). We may store your DID with your contact information (like your email address) when you contact us for support, but otherwise we do not associate your DID with Personal Data we collect about you. We may collect information such as hardware type, international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”), the version of your operating system (“OS”), and your approximate location (based on your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends.
Our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) may automatically log information from you, including your browser type, device type, operating system, application software, IP address, MAC address, Open Device Identification Number (ODIN), and domain name.
Third party services
We may use third party services, such as social and game networks, platform provider services, application provider services, ad provider services, analytics services, and mail, website and network services. Please note the third party services we may use operate under their own privacy policies.
We periodically review and/or change our third party partners. We make our best efforts to (a) provide you with the list of partners whose services, cookies and other analytic tools are used in our Services, (b) links to these partners’ own privacy policies according to which their tools and technologies are used, and (c) when available, to provide you with a link to allow you to opt-out from these partners’ services. Social and game networks
Our Services may allow you to utilize social network or game network services such as Facebook, Twitter, Apple’s Game Center, or Google+ (SGN Services) to allow you to share your Service activities within your network and invite others to join you in using our Services. When you connect one of our Services to one of these SGN Services, we may collect the information needed by the SGN Service to identify you to our Service (SGN ID), your name, your profile picture or its URL, and the SGN IDs for your friends that are also connected to Pike Place Studios Services, in accordance with such SGN Service’s terms of use and privacy policy. If you choose to do this, we will provide information to such SGN Services in accordance with your elections. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your use of those services and that it is your responsibility to review the terms of use and privacy policy of the third party SGN Service. We will not be responsible or liable for: (i) the availability or accuracy of such SGN Services; (ii) the content, products or services on or availability of such SGN Services; or (iii) your use of any such SGN Service.
In-App purchases
Our Apps may also allow you to make “in-App” purchases. If you make an “in-App” purchase we may collect information related to your purchase, or may receive such information from the platform provider (e.g. Apple or Google), including the item(s) purchased, the name or identifier of the App, and other purchase information such as date/time of purchase and transaction ID. We utilize the platform providers’ purchasing systems (such as the Apple App Store). Pike Place Studios does not process billing information directly, and never collects your credit card information. All billing information is handled by the platform providers’ purchasing systems.
In-App advertising
Our Apps may utilize in-App advertising, using ad serving technology to provide advertisements of interest to you. In this connection we and our partners may collect and use information about you, such as your Service session activity, device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, coarse geo-location information IP address, as well as other applications installed on your device (such as usage data, interaction with ads, applications used, and conversion information) including for the purpose of serving ads targeted to you and otherwise providing the ad service. Our ad serving partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior use of our Services. Please note that our partners operate under their own privacy policies.

Our ad serving partners may also support opting out of receiving targeted ads. If they do, their privacy policy should have information regarding the opt out process.

Analytics and aggregate data
We may use analytics services, such as Google Analytics to collect aggregated usage data relating to our Services as well as information on your device properties. Based on this data we may create statistics, provide better services to our customers by understanding your preferences, better respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service, perform troubleshooting as well as analyze and further develop our Apps and Sites.
We may collect information related to the overall effectiveness of our advertising campaigns via our advertisements delivered on third party web sites, apps and services (“Our Ads”). For example, we may collect information related to the number of people who click on Our Ads, and the number of people who download one of our Apps or other products via Our Ads. We may combine the information we collect via Our Ads with other information we collect via our Apps.
Children under 13
Many of our Services are intended for general audiences and do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. When our Services request age information from your child and your child indicates that he/she is under 13 years old, the Service will block your child from providing personal information, including through SGN Services. Please note, that if your child indicates that he/she is under the age of 13, your child WILL NOT be blocked from using our Services.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision, and if we make any material changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you by prominently posting notice of the changes and the date the changes will go into effect on our Site. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Services. Changes to this Privacy Policy may affect our use of personal data that you provided us prior to our notification to you of the changes. If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your personal data, you must notify us prior to the effective date of the changes. Continued use of our Services, following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
